Strawberry Fever

• Strawberry Crumb Bars (adapted to add more filling and served with whip cream on top)
• Strawberry cupcakes with Coconut Frosting ( always substituting for healthier stuff too when I can)
• Strawberry Trifle (a 4th of July crowd pleaser)
• Strawberries with Yogurt ( just my own Fage with berries mixture)
• Strawberries...

Are you guessing where we've been?  Strawberry picking!  The berries are like candy and we can't get enough.  As you can tell I've been whipping up every strawberry recipe I can get my hands on.  If you have any good ones, send them my way.

We had a fabulous morning picking strawberries with the Porada family. Note that this was my first use of my new lens and I realized half way through that my camera settings were not correct.  Oh well.  Live and learn.
